Hi, we are Christine and Grant. When we are not making our clients’ dreams come true, you’ll find us taking advantage of everything the Resort & Lake Simcoe Living has to offer.
We are Christine Crowley and Grant Goldfarb. We own our own boutique real estate brokerage, Goldfarb Real Estate, that has been serving the Friday Harbour Resort community since our pre-construction sales and assignment sales as early as 2015 and resale endeavours starting in 2017.
Christine is a native from Montreal, while Grant is from Toronto. We have each lived in several different cities and now we make our Lake Simcoe house in Innisfil, ON, our main home, with a second home in Toronto.
We have had the incredible fortune to get to know and follow the ground-breaking Friday Harbour Resort community since inception. Here is why… Grant has had a cottage in Innisfil since the late 90s. As a divorced dad, his cottage on Lake Simcoe (< 1 km from Friday Harbour) was his go-to escape for him and his kids. As an avid boater, he used to take his boat over to the now defunct Big Bay Point marina to purchase gas for his boat and grab the occasional breakfast with his kids.
In 2000s, proposals were in place to transform this marina into the Big Bay Point Resort and by 2007, the project was approved by the OMB. We have had the incredible fortune to watch this project go from inception to fruition, and there are many more amazing deliverables in the works!! As early investors in Phase 1 of the residences, as well as the most recent Sunseeker community, we have witnessed the success of every milestone to-date.
We are both passionate about Friday Harbour Resort, both the community and its real estate offerings… We love the option it provides to those seeking a lakeside environment without the upkeep of a traditional cottage.
